Somatic Pilates for Chronic Illness and Trauma Recovery helps you to become increasingly flexible—not just of the physical body but in your nervous system. Regular sessions help you to regulate the functioning of your vagus nerve with techniques such as altering the rhythm of your breath, practicing mindful body awareness, and exploring physical Pilates postures to create greater choice about your level of arousal or activation.
